This newly acquired Preserve is not yet open to the public. A fullscale ecological restoration of approximately fifteen acres of the Preserve will begin January 2022.

The Cullen Nature Preserve is a 30-acre preserve owned by the City of Minnetonka and protected under a conservation easement with the Minnesota Land Trust. Prior to the City purchasing the land for approximately half its value, the Preserve was owned by Ann Cullen Smith and she lived in her home on the property for more than 70 years.
